Just call 887 998654873 and ask for TJ. Seriously though, I dont think I've ever seen massages set up on the beach, they're usually part and parcel of a hotels grounds. They might well exist, just I've not seen them before.
There is a guy that sets up at the beach behind Plaza Forum. He has been there every time I go... I think I see him setting up around 1pm. Not sure how good he or his female partner are. But the annalysed my friend and she was very impressed with his hands and nowledge....it was just the price that she didn't like. Somewhere between 220 and 250 pesos for 30 min. He is set up next to the lifeguard stand.
