What kind of beer do they serve there? And is it all draft? bottles? We like our liquor for certain times but prefer beer most of the time. But being on the luge shots. :bootyshake:
Dos Equis is on draft, and if you by a Bubba Mug you can drink it ice cold all day in the pool/room/wherever. Not sure what bottles they have but I know LOTS of people will have that answer.
Your choices are Dos Equis draft at the pool/Paty'O's....Dos Equis cans in your room...or purchase Corona/Bud light at the gift shop.....don't usually allow bottles....glass and pool decks don't mix!!
I love Dos XX's is my fav! The Bubba Keg idea is good. Also if you just want a beer only, go to the bar right inside the buffet, quicker service, and is actually much colder from the tap there, espcially in summer. I also directly hand my maid $5USD, and kindly ask her for mas cervazas, she usualy will put a 6 pack+ in your fridge! Overall, it's a good idea to tip your maid directly, when no supervisors are around, and tell her in Spanish to keep the tip herself. If you leave the tip on your pillow, and a supervisor sees it good chance they will "rake" %50 of that cash tip you left for YOUR maid. I've seen this happen a few times in Pto Vallarata and Cancun, which I think is complete bullshit:beer4:
Good question - when drinking all day beer works better for me. Not a huge Dos XX fan but I can make it work. What do they have in the way of wine? I'm a wine girl myself. Wonder if a Tervis Tumbler will keep things cold as long as a Bubba Keg? Also great tips on the tipping the maid!
Most of the wine is Chilean, decent I stick with the reds on this one. At the OXXO across the street from TTR, 6 pack Bud Light bottles ..$14USD!!! CANCEL CHRISTMAS!
We used the Tervis last year...they worked great...kept drinks cold just as long as our bubba's...we also had clear one's so you could see when you were running low!!
