Beer Selection at Walmart

Does anyone know if they sell Guinness at the Walmart in Cancun?

Not that I noticed. When I went to Walmart the beer/wine/spirit selection seemed a bit poor. However, there is a liquor store over the road that seems to have a broader selection.

Why Guinness? It's like Marmite in a glass! I guess like Marmite it's an acquired taste.

 

Yeah, it is an acquired taste. And not always available on my vacations, so I have been practicing drinnking Dos Equis just in case

 

Oops should've noticed with the name 'Guinness Girl'. I've tried it once and never again. The Dos Equis isn't so bad once you get used to it after a day or so.

 

I drank only Dos Equis when I was in Cabo last November and kept a steady buzz with no hangover. It tastes totally different from Guinness so it took a bit to get used to, but I will power through

 

There is an OXXO just up the raod that has some beer only noticed the coor Light but DOS Eq is drinkable

 

So wrong mentioning Coors lite in a thread about Guinness lol

 

I have seen bud and miller at the OXXO but it was almost $15 a 6 pack. A little pricey for cheap beer. Now if they had some Sam Adams, Guinness or Fat Tire, I might be will to pay that price.

 

I wish there was a way to ship over a couple cases of Yeungling and have them waiting when I arrived. Walmart had Dos Equis Amber last year and I like that better than the Dos Equis Lager they serve at TTR.
