    Hola:

Will be looking into leasing (long term) a 1 Bedroom or studio in a beachfront condo hotel in late 2013.

What's best way to locate one? Use a condo broker (realator) or is there a way to contact owners directly. I understand many of the codos
    are owned by individuals!

Check on VRBO. There are multitudes of units of all sizes and prices. You don't really need the brokers for this as you may in any other location. Don't rent in any time share place since they may promise you long term but may not be able to deliver. Go to real condos vs. condo hotels.

Try Nancy Pommer at 998.214.6000. She has been a very good realtor for us.

The link that Cancun Fun posted gets you great people. Both speak perfect English, as they should, since they are Americans.

I know them as well and have used their services before, more than once.
