Can someone review & confirm the latest offerings of water sports equipment available at Temptations?

Are kayaks, sailboats/sailboards (small lasers, paddleboards, etc.) or other non-motorized equip?

Costs to rent jetskis, parasailing, etc. & close by?

We used the free/complementary scuba diving services at Hedo years ago. Very convenient, since they use their own boats, pick up directly at resort, quick 5 -10 min trip to dive sites. Loved it.
Is this avail at Temptation? or you have to go off resort for scuba diving?
if so, we'll leave our C-cards at home....

    Thanks,

We were there last week and enjoyed the stand up paddle boards, kayaks and sailboats. They have free sailing lessons daily at 10:30. They also have windsurfing with free lessons at 2:30. We saw scuba lessons in the pool...actual trips cost $$. We never checked out the motorized stuff but it's right nextdoor.

We were there from 7/8 to 7/21 and I dove twice, I have my c-card. Both dives were 2 tank dives. If you have your c-card it is cheaper by about $30 a dive depending on the dive. My first dive was on 2 different reefs @ 35 feet and cost $65. My second dive was an 80 ft wreck dive and a 50 ft reef dive and it cost $77. Boris is the dive instructor at the resort. He's there every day except Sundays. He is awesome to dive with, he really tries to make sure you have a good dive, you won't be disappointed. You can bring your own gear if you like, otherwise it's included with your dive with the exception of a wet suit they run $10 for a shorty.

    Thanks for the info.

SUP is a great core workout. Looking forward to it. Hope water's flat & calm in late Aug.

So does Boris takes you out from the resort, or it's off-resort? & how far away?

A boat will pick you up at the resort and either take you to the dive site or take you to meet up with a bigger boat. It just depends on how many people are diving that day. Typically Boris will take you out to the reefs near the museum. I don't recommend the museum because its over grown with alge and its where everyone wants to go so it can have a lot of divers there from other resorts. These locations are near Isle Mujeres and its about a 10 minute boat ride. There are a lot of places to dive without repeating a dive location. Just talk to Boris and let him know what your looking for and he'll give you your options.
