Beach at Royal Sands is open

    The beach reconstruction project is really moving along, they opened the Royal Sands beach yesterday, brought down the loungers and umbrellas and allowed people to enjoy the new stretch of sand. Here's a video (trying out the fancy new forum tricks). :)

    Is the sand any different? I had read somewhere that it isnt as white or powdery.

    But the sun will bleach it out I would imagine.

    It's a bit coarser, but still better than Pacific sand in my opinion. :)
