Some do, some don't. The 1st trip we had a room left of the sexy pool in the stone faced rooms that one did have a door. The second time we dont remember we were there for a week but dont remember the last 2 times there was a door, it was s frosted glass shower door that woul open for the bathroom and if closed act as a door for the shower. Does it really matter? we don't ever remember a problem with or without it.
The 1st year we were there, you had to open the shower door (which became the "toilet" door) when opened then re closed the other way in our room. Always had separate doors to the bathroom after that in all of our other rooms.
True some do and some don't, last time I was there 2 years ago, we had a room w/ no bathroom door...Not a big deal since i had been married to my ex at the time for 13 years...The bigger surprise was arriving in a rental house in Isla Mujeres the next day w/ 20 friends and finding that our room that we were sharing w/ 2 other ppl didnt have bathroom doors either, it was all open, the shower and toilet too..that got interesting, lol, but we lost all inhibitions after the first day..
