Looks like my favourite take away in the whole of Cancun is closing down. The kebab place that was on Kabah in the little tent and moved to some upscale Plaza a few months ago :(

    From Facebook:

I think I'm gonna have to buy 50 and freeze them.

Gutted mate! Devastated in fact! No more greasy goodness!

It's a shame he moved there though - he shop was kind of hidden away. Get him to make you one of the big Doner things and we'll cook it up at your house.

Falafals were fantastic Rawkus - homemade authentic!

Very sad news. Some of the best food in Cancun, but very underappreciated.

    Mat: Hey buddy.

I wanted to try the ones opposite ADO, but when I walked in the guy stared at me for 5 mins, without blinking and I had to repeat my order some 4 times... He still didnt get it... And on top of that, he was mixing the falafels on the same damn spot where there was chunks of meat... defeats the purpose for me, haha :)

Needless to say, him and his friends were high as h*ll :D

Would you know another good place?? getting desperate as Im so fed up with quesadillas and fish tacos...

Try Sahara's downtown. Great Lebanese Food. Sunday is a great day to go offering an all you can eat buffet. If you like Mediteranean food this is the place.

And they're back for another go!

    From FB:
I'll be there tomorrow for the grand opening :)

Let's support him by eating there regularly and keep him open.
