We are ready to give a friend the surprise bachelor's party of his life @ Temptation next April 21st-25th! Hope we have chosen the appropriate place! Looking to meet lots of people and have lots of fun! Anybody else going these dates?? Any advice? Thanks!!
Still trying to figure out why you would go to TTR for a bachelor party.....think you've got the wrong impression of TTR.
Yeah, not sure why you would want to go to a resort where 95% of the people there are couples but...hope you guys have a blast anyway
Well, we want to meet people and have fun... we are not looking for strippers or classical stuff, but to actually have some time for ourselves, meet people, have fun and be in a place that actually takes us away from our normal life!! Not the traditional bachelor party, but a bachelor's getaway before one of our friend gets married!! Hope this is a good place to go though...
well, if you act like the last sausage fest, you'll screw up the vibe of the resort, ruin peoples vacations & be banished from the sexy pool. Hope your group isn't too big, and you have a lot of class, or you just won't be tolerated. Personally think you've picked the wrong place.
Wow...I can't believe how un-welcoming this site can be. I understand this is a hot issue...groups of single men... but couldn't you at least find out more about their intentions before you judge! Come on now.. If you wanted to go to a couples only resort go somewhere else. As long as it's not a group of 42+ men again what's the problem? You immediately jumped down their throats! Is that the impression you want to give of the kind of people on this site and the type of people at TTR?!
Yeah, I was feeling a bit bad for the guy after reading this thread. Don't get me wrong I would be pissed if a massive amount of guys took over TTR when the wife and I were there. Like you said, it might be 6 guys getting together. Now if he responds with "there are 40 of us and we are all 23 years old".... NO!!!!!!
Exactly!! Thanks for the backup... I'm not usually one to post anything negative but I just feel they need to know that not all people are going to treat them like that without reason... Way to start a vacation!
Very well said. I just got back and security is some tight cause of what happened w that large group of 42. I mean they stopped girls in our group from doing bodyshots if you can believe that. But still, to be this unwelcoming to someone new without even knowing them n their intentions? Come on we are a friendly board here, or at least until someone deserves otherwise
Not trying to be unfriendly, just telling it straight. Didn't want them to get the wrong impression of the resort. If anyone takes it as being unfriendly, then so be it. Let's not be naive here, it is a bachelor party, at a resort that has topless pools..........really? TwofunB, you told them to be respectful in another thread and they won't have any problems, i don't see much difference. But I'm not here to argue, he asked for advise and I gave it, sorry you didn't like the way I said it. Hopefully my comments help him as much as yours.
