I think it is funny that if you don't post a picture of yourself as your avatar people wont accept your friends request.

 

Personally I find it odd that people who join a social forum to chat with people, many of whom they'll probably meet some day at the resort, wish to remain anonymous.

One of the things I'm looking forward to on this trip is seeing a familiar face and having that connection before ever meeting in real life. "Hey, you're...." insert handle here.

 

We find it odd that people we have never spoken to or seen before add us a friends, we reject them usually as we have private pics that can only be kept private through who we add as friends.

Too many folks on this site are trolling for pics........................

Why don't you two post up a pic and join the party? Its a PG rated forum ya know!

 

I kinda think it should be a "show me yours and I'll show you mine" kind of thing.

But, it's not a hard rule.

No avatar pics? Not going when we are? Why do you want to be friends?

To me it's important to have a picture, that way you know who to look for on vacation! Last year the moment we got to the sexy pool there was a couple yelling our names, we made instant friends and had people to hang out with for the week!

That is something we are really struggling with. Even tough we just love the community here and that ccc is such a good info site, we just cant get over the fear of a coworker/family/other to find out that we chat on a board associated with a "swinger" resort.

Sometimes, were just about to post a pic of us but then, we always choke because we realise that this decision can potentially have a big impact on our lives. Why take an even remote chance of being recongnized?

We actually envy people having the guts to put their pics on here cause it sure can help break the ice.

That being said, if we have never heard of you, dont expect us to just accept your friend request! But you are all more than wecome to meet us!

 

We cannot be more in agreement with J&I position. It is a big decision to put a public avatar, especially when you have, like us, a public position. That being said we dont have any problem to exchange some picks in private.

Finally everyone will have the opportunity to see that we are very sympatic and that we are party animals..

We consider that has a double Life...
