The owner of the bar I bartend at has been nice enough to take myself and a few other employees to Atlatis, Bahamas for Memorial week-end. (All expenses paid!!!! I'm still in disbelief about it!!!!) Who has been there? and can anyone tell me what is a "must do"????
that is the only place my uncle used to go on vacation when he was younger, amazing hotel best in the bahamas, go down that slide that looks like a mayan ruin it goes straight down and u lift off the slide on the way down, oh and hit the casino!
the place is soooo pretty!! i never stayed there, but we visited while in the bahamas..you will for sure have fun
If your boss is male and paying for everything, you most definitely need to wear a chastity belt. Swimming will be a pain, but better safe than sorry. Have fun.
we went 3 years ago. It's really a nice hotel. All the entertainment is on property, we didnt venture out too much. There is a club in the hotel and the casino of course. It's very dressy there at night though, not like cancun. I wore a jean skirt and cute top one night and felt SO dressed down. The women wear dresses and heels and the men wear pants and nice shirts, no shorts or flip flops. The pool is amazing, loved the slide! Lucky you, it will be fun!
Amazing place!!!!! got back last night......Incredible. I only took a disposable camera, but as soon as I get them I will scan them and post. I must say....as far as a comparison to cancun....Cancun has the better beaches and the service is better. But this place is HUGE and awsome. the grounds are awsome everything is top notch. You could even see that the class of people were one step up from Cancun. there was alot more $$$ there and you could almost smell the $100 bills in their pockets. (no way most college kids could afford this place for SB) As far as a TR, I will just break it down to what I did the whole trip. I really dont remember any of Fri. nite cause I got really drunk. (not just saying that to get a laugh either. I just really over did it and cannot recall anything) I went to the club (Aura) and the place was SOOOO nice. Like I said everyone was well dressed and you could see the difference class of people. completely different from the clubs in Cancun. Gorgeous women, good music. There was 1 bartender that was Flaring and doing the most amazing shit I have seen. when I talked to him, he name was Fernando and just happened to be from Cancun. This cat mad tons of $$$ and got girls all nite! I didnt gamble, but walked around the casion. again everything was awsome. I did the Lazy river, water slides and saw the Aquarium. hung out by the pools. took a walk on the beaches where out of the 14 of us that went....I was the only one that the locals would come up and ask: " Hey mon, I got the good stuff here, I give you a good deal. what do you say mon?" We ate like Kings, the food was really good! It's really hard to continue the TR, w/out pics, but as soon as I get them, I will post. Martin In Vegas........It was actually the bosses wife that took all of us. 14 people total. free ride all the way. I even got my own room.
