Has anyone arrived later on in the evening? Our flight doesn't arrive until 10:00pm, so by the time we get to the resort it'll be close to 11:00pm, any issues with getting a good room? I guess worst case scenario we just don't unpack and move the next day. It just sucks because it's a whole day wasted of our vacation. :cry: D
late I have had to check in late once, years ago. Was tired and wanted to drink so didnt really argue with room placement , just asked that if we didnt like it could we change in the morning, The hotel was great that way....went to the room didnt unpack that much, and 11pm is not a terrible time to get started, lobby bar will be going strong, the disco will be going for few more hours, Sports bar etc. The lobby bar will have food for you still...burgers dogs fries etc but its something lol....
Last year the wife and I got there at 2 am. Got a great room and Paty' Os bar was going strong. You picked a great place for a vacation.
Thanks for all the responses. We're just used to getting in during the day...it'll be a new experience getting in at night. D
Our first trip we arived at 10pm,no problem checking in. What sucks is paying the AI fees for the day you check in and you get very little food, drink, etc.... What I'm saying is it doesn't matter if you check in at 7am or 10 pm, you still pay for the entire day..
AI Yeah I always thought that too, there have been trips where were leaving the resort at 8am but paying for the day, I try to get at much eating and sun in as I can...lol. I guess its not the hotels fault what time you check in or check out, would be cool if they would pro rate wouldnt it lol...
we arrived once late because of a delayed flight in dallas. no problem checking in. in fact we had to check in at the front desk instead of premier. as back13 said 11 is not too late. we trough the bags into room and went out for the night. most of the big clubs dont even open until 11 ish and the patio bar is rockin at that time.,
