Arrive on 13th Dec. Can anyone advise first timers?

Hi, we are first timers arriving on 13th Dec for 2 weeks.
We are looking to meet some nice people, make friends and havde fun.

Does anyone know if there are any special events on during that time and do we need to dress for anything special. We have heard about 'white nights' but cant find details on the main websites.

Looking forward to next week and hope we get to meet some of you.

 

Look at the December Roll Call thread for people sharing your dates and chat them up. Thursdays are lingerie night(participation is mandatory to get in to Nice Shoes -boxers the norm for guys and girls go Victorias Secret style. Fridays is Martini White night - wear something white. Search the December posts for any other themed nights planned.

we get there the 13th as well.. can't wait! 2 weeks of sun and tequila.

 

Casino/lingerie night will be a highlight, I recommend participating in that event. I wish it was every other day, haha. The trip to CocoBongos is also always entertaining. Well if you guys are there for two weeks, say hi. We will be getting there next friday for 6 days. Most importantly, enjoy yourselves, let loose, and meet great people. This is our third trip back and will not be our last. Sunblock is key if you have not been tanning, the Sun if very strong down there. I am naturally tan and I still get a little burnt each year.

I called to the resort to ask about december 24, they said to me that night will offer a special dinner in the dock (I don´t know which dock), later after that event would be something more in some hotel bar.

We just got back from our first time. Go, plan on making lots of new friends that you carry home with you. It is a wonderful time!
