    Hey everyone,

I'm considering a trip to Temptation during the week of Dec. 7-14, and I've found some conflicting information online regarding the pool temperatures. Are any of the pools heated in December, or are they so cold that it's unpleasant to be in them? What about the Boobs Cruise, is the ocean too cold for enjoyable swimming on the cruise in December?

    Thanks!
    Rich

When we were there last year about that week they put the heat on in the Sexy Pool for short periods of time if I remember correctly. People did do both swims for the Boobs Cruise when we went and we did walk into the ocean too. Cancun will be warmer then Toronto so there is no loss if it's only 78 every day.

Average temps in Cancun for December are 82 Deg F or 27 Deg C; what temps are you dipping in back home during the summer? The water will be perfect and with a little anti-freeze (Fireball) it will be even better.

Pools are chilly but some days they are like bathwater. Usually they heat it one day really warm and then leave it a few days without any heat and it cools down.

We always go during that time frame and I enjoy the pool and swimming during the Boob Cruise and I hate to be cold like all real Canadian's!

Yes the temperatures vary all the time

rumors are the use a heat exchanger in the AC units to heat the pools , so the more AC are used the hotter the water. .( sort of counter productive )

They do have the capacity to really heat the water. 2 years during a cold Jan, while putting out towels there was steam coming off the pool at 7 am.
That same day no one had hot water in the surrounding rooms.

Yes and no.... During the first week in Dec. They are usually tolerable during the day. At least until the shade starts to set in
