I am wondering if Life Jackets are available on the Boobs Crusie boat? (This is a serious post, as someone.... who will remain nameless, doesn't swim too well...) *In the topic, meant to say "Boobs" not "Booz" Thanks!
Yes, there are as they are passed out to all who go snorkeling. Maybe you know who can just ask for one up front when boarding the boat? Kelly
Swimming in salt water is alot easier. I,m one of those borderline swimmers, but in salt water I,m fine. Better to be safe then sorry they do have jackets but I have never seen any one wear one. Its a big boat.. They are pretty quick to jump in and get you if you fall overboard.
Or... In 1985 there was a nation wide lifejacket ban instituted in Mexico. This was started in effort to decrease the population. Experts believe that the population boom of the late 70s was due to millions of people screwing without birth control in the predominatly catholic nation. The ban works well with 18.5 million drownings each year. Tourists are strongly advised to bring PFDs when visiting Mexico.
Yeah, the only thing better than someone asking silly questions is someone acting like a dick because of them......Oh, good we have that covered too.
Having looked at the pics on the Facebook page of past cruises I can assure there is no lack of flotation devices on board
Whoa!!! Don't get your panties in a bunch.. I truly didn't mean to piss on you Post Toasties!!! I apologize for my attempt at a humorous answer to an obviously not well thought out question. The answer is yes there are life jackets available on the Boobs Cruise. All boats are required the have personal flotation devices for each passenger while on the water. Especially charters that take drunk people out several times each week all year long. A college professor once told his class that the adage "there's no such thing as a silly question" was designed to get the less bright students engaged in class discussion while entertaining those of the more studious nature.
We have plenty of life jackets, we need to have one for each person since life jackets for snorkeling are mandatory in any case. You don't normally see them because they are stored below deck but they are there. You're welcome to ask for one anytime you feel uneasy, but I don't recall anyone wanting to wear one out of the water so far.
Yes, they hand them out for the snorkeling for those that want to use them, which really should be everyone by that time since it's drink-fest on the way out to the snorkeling site...
