We are traveling with kids this year and never been outside of TTR....I don't know if we need to warn kids so not to have embarrassing moments later. Kids are the worst at finger pointing and commentary.
No. Topless is actually against Mexican law but only a couple of hotels do it, all-inclusinve adults only, and the authorities turn a blind eye to it. Jamie
