Not that we aware of (Black Sea and eastern Mediterranean Sea)- there are hot spots in Greece that have been mentioned on this site but not with similar organized theme/vibe. Of course, being topless at beach in europe is more available, natural and not such big deal, but finding the resort wide party atmosphere of TTR we haven't found...but we live in US now.
