We just booked a December trip and the promotion included transportation from the airport. We've never used anything but USA Trans. because of the speed and convenience, and their excellent service, but does anyone have experience using the hotels package transportation? We are hoping to avoid 50 stops at other places along with way, and to get right to TTR just like USA does. We need to maximize the sexy pool time!
Chances are you will be on a big ass bus with tons of people and stopping at what seems like every hotel in Cancun. Avoid it. Its probably included and free but id rather pay and not get a headache. My packages always include transportation. I always use USA Transfers instead
We had the promotion package back in may and had no problems at all. They picked us up in a suburban and it was non stop service was great Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
In October last year they had the same promo and it was in a suburban. Only us and straight to the resort. As long as it's the one from the resort it's self I would use it.
With our trip we paid for round trip transfers and I was told they put us with AMStar. I hope they are good.
We have used the TTR private transfer twice. Both time they were there to meet us. Quick safe way to go. Just a SUV nothing fancy,but it's great not having to make all other hotel stop. When you just want to get there check in and party.
