which quiet standard rooms are the best ones and have a nice view of the ocean or gardens. Oh and have a kingsize bed? If you request these things upon arrival, how likely are you to get what you ask for? My boyfriend and I are not that rich so we have to stick to standard room.... :icon_cry: Would be very grateful for the advice! Cheers

the 1000's aren't too bad close to about everything. Some rooms have king and some doubles. Just ask at the desk that you want a room with a king that is all. If they bring you to your room when you get there and really don't like the location just ask to be switch and they will if they can.
Best thing you could do is when your checking in, have the person show you a map of the place and show you were the king size beds and available rooms are and what view they face. Obviously the Standard room is called Deluxe Garden View and none will have a view of the ocean. The Deluxe Ocean View rooms face the ocean and the ones we always get are by the Sexy pool. I wouldn't want to stay in any other room than Ocean View by the sexy pool. There is no elevator there so request ground floor or second floor, and if you want quiet just dont get a room near the Patty O's bar.
We always stay by Patty O's, yes it is loud, but we love being that close to everything and we can see the ocean. I doubt we will ever change our rooms because they are big with a king size bed. I just wish we were planning our next trip!
I just got back we had 1218... Has a king size bed and faces quite pool and ocean.... We booked standard room and got it....nice room close to everything...
