I may soon have to take on a neighbor - who's an overblown, in-your-face thug - over legal issues pertaining to water. Does anyone know of a lawyer who's a real barracuda?
This is the Wild West. Lawyers aren't much use here and get threatened, kidnapped and killed too. Without knowing the story, it is hard to say what you should do but sending a lawyer to a thug's house doesn't sound like the way to go. And, yes, there are tough lawyers her and they charge thousands and thousands of dollars to "fix" the case and the other person but usually not legally.
Lol......my fault for confusing the issue...OK, how's this: I was thinking more of an acerbic lawyer's letter as a first step. Then - if needed - tighten the screws as required.
