Second time at TTR coming up in April. Really excited to be heading back. Hope to meet some of you around the pool!! We are taking a midnight flight out of Denver, and get there really early in the morning (like 5:30am). We've been told that we can't start checking in until late morning, or they'll charge us for an extra day. Wondering if anyone has arrived early, and if so, what is there to do besides sit in the lobby and wait out the time? April 16-26th!!:icon_cool:
even though you cant check in to the actual room they should still give you your wrist band, that way you can enjoy breakfast at the buffet. there is also a large bathroom by the sports pool that has changingroom/showers so put your bathing suits in your carry on so you can get to it. also if you land at 5:30 it will be at least 6:30-7 before you get to resort depending on how you did your transpers.
If they don't allow you to get your red wristbands, then leave you bags with the bell boy and head over to walmart and pick up some supplies!
If it were me after a red eye to Cancun? I'd see if transfer bus can stop at WallyWord on way to resort. IF not hit liquor store acrosss street. Styro disposable cooler, adult beverages, snacks, bed on the beach. Ahhhhhhh.
Let the bellman watch your stuff and save yourself a chair and by 800 am you can start to meet the folks. There's the gym----------have a work out. Wake up Partydoll and the April crew and have fun. Watch a sunrise. Hope it doesn't rain.
I have arrived once that early (got to the resort around 6:00am); no problem getting my all inclusive wrist band. As you would expect, the room was not available. Pack you "daytime needs" easily accessible in your suitcase (or carry-on). As previously mentioned, you can change into your pool/beach attire in any bathroom (or wherever you like - it is Temptations after all :bootyshake: ). The bellman watched my luggage until my room was ready. Had B'fast at the buffet at 7:00 and the vacation was underway! Hope you have a fantastic trip!
I may only sleep 20 to 25 hours all week. I think we will all get along just fine. Closing Patyo's every night. Can't wait.
