WTF is going on? We have over 15" or rain so far in October, and we also had that much in May. I work in the ag business, and this much rain in one month is not good at all.
I know what you mean Bart. I work in rural areas and the farmers are just shaking there heads. Talked to a farmer that was about 40 years old and he said that they were having to dry beans in a dryer for the first time he could ever remember. It has also killed my golf game.
Same here in Texas. I believe that we've got about 5" so far this week. I was in South Dakota a week ago and there were having the same problem. There crops were still in the fields with a high moisture content. Marsh
Not as bad here, but the corn was definitely in the fields longer this year due to the conditions. Been a very strange year weatherwise.
