We bought the membership and I can't figure it out. Anyone have easy, step by step instructions for me? LOL We want to book a ski vacation in Dec./Jan thank you!
Howdy fellow Texans. Where you located? If you don’t want to post in public, PM. Just Start and Conversation. So are you trying to use RCI or World Pass, or certificate? There are no step by step instructions. It might be easier to meet/speak rather than try to write it out. I don’t think you are skiing at TTR...well unless water skiing!
San Antonio. We have used RCI, but nor SFX yet. Rayanne is the expert. I believe they are similar in method and requirement. Do you even know how to get started?
Yo, this is easy and it IS straightforward... if you are using SFX. 1. Get in touch with the Primer desk. 2. Tell them you want to "deposit a week for use with SFX." 3. They'll ask you for your contract number, so ahve that ready. 4. They'll ask you to pay the deposit fee. It depends on when you got your contract I think, but probably right around $200. 5. They'll email you the certificate in a day or so (slower due to COVID right now I expect). 6. CALL (not email initially, it goes WAY faster) SFX and get to someone who can get you something other than a cruise. 7. When you get the person, tell them you've got a certificate for a deposited week you'd "like to exchange." 8. They'll ask where, and when, you want to go wherever it is (you have a higher chance of getting something quickly if you give them a larger time window and larger target area. For example, when I used this to go to St. Martin in August once, I said, "I want to go to St. Martin in August of next year, and I prefer a full apartment-style room." I had a reply with two cool options the next morning. 9. When you decide what, and when, you get back in touch with your SFX person and pay for it. 10. They send you the confirmation,a nd all you need to do is "get there." I saved over $4500 using this method to go to Maui once. There ya go. Ya just gots to know people...
I have directions in contract. Unanswered questions I have directed to Premier office via email and almost always get a response (may have to clarify a thing or two with language barrier.)
