Yeah I know Boobs Cruise is better, but I want to see fish not bits and was wondering if anyone has done it and what they thought Thanks CP
We did it a couple years ago and the snorkeling was not great. Very hurried and not that colorful. Overall, the trip was fun, but I can't recommend it for the snorkeling.
Thanks, some of the reviews on TripAdvisor said the same thing, we originally booked this when we had reservations at TRR and now we are at Golden, so its a bus or taxi to the pier. CP
Boobs Cruise was very similar when I first did it. Only difference now is there's no stop on the Island other than lunch. I've done it both ways, but if you just want to snorkel, it's no different.
The Boobs Cruise is basically the same snorkeling. We've done both. Next time I might try a day trip to Cozumel. I've heard the snorkeling is great there.
The closest decent snorkeling where you are going to see lots is from Puerto Morelos, a small fishing village 20 minutes south of the Cancun airport. You can either join a group trip or book a private trip out to the reef - you won't be disappointed !!! Other than that figure on a more or less full day excursion to Cozumel ...
Thanks, we did Cozumel last year and it was okay, spoiled by Routan. We are now looking at Puerto Morelos and maybe Akumal for the turtles. We know it was easy catching the ferry to Isla Mujeres at TRR but since we are at Golden do we still need to Bus in to the pier? CP
