hi, me and my partner are going to TTR for the first time. Any one got any top tips? We are looking to go out for the odd night to so any info on hows best to get to all the clubs e.t.c and how much a taxis are about. Im not going until next year but so excited already
My top tip would be to read this forum. Anything you could possibly want to know is here somewhere (and you haved lots of time). In regards to going to clubs, the entertainment staff sells tickets to that will get you to the best clubs. The tickets include your transportaion to the clubs as drink (I believe). The advantage is that you will be going with other people at Temptations. I believe that you are on your own for the return trio to the hotel.
The best advice is to be friendly, smile a lot (which should come naturally) and just relax and enjoy. You will make friends on this forum and while you are there which will last with you for years and years to come. It might even get you to be a repeater to the resort. That seems to have happened to a lot of us over the years.

you can also barter the price of the ticket. we paid what they were asking only to find out our friends paid 5-6 dollars less per ticket. we didnt mind paying full price, we typically go on vacation with enough money not to worry about trivial things like that. the above is correct, the ticket gets you transportation to the club and your drinks but you are on your own for a taxi or bus (if you leave early enough) back.

The forum made me feel so much comfortable when I got their from just researching. Still no where near what I expected, it was 10X better. Just read up, ask the questions your asking and have fun. Drinks at the pool led me to make lots of new friends. Well drinks pretty much everywhere leads to me making new friends...
1.Going out is overrated ask jazzyjj, 2.stay and play at the resort 3. go on a Boobs Cruise from this site 4. "friend" people going at the same time, it makes the first conversation easier to get going. 5. play naked tequila volleyball at least once 6. participate in the games even if it is just cheering on those brave/crazy enough to do them 7. K@ says do not lose at tequila volleyball
Just be yourself and you will have the trip of a lifetime, and you will be planning your next trip before you are even back home.
