Does anyone know of any places simliar to Temptations? It doesn't HAVE to be in Mexico either. Long story short, my cell phone was stolen and whoeever stole it, thought it would be funny to cancel my vacation. How Expedia let them do it without any CC info or anything is beyond me but it looks like they're not going to make it right. In attemps to re-book the vacation, I found out I have to pay $150 per ticket and the room cost has gone up $93 a night! I even checked out all through July and I can't find the room cheaper than $200 a night. To rebook, it would cost an additional $859 for a 6 night vacation So anyways, I'm hoping you guys can recommend another place to us. My fiance is not comfortable with a complete nudity resort. we went to Hedo II in Jamaica last month...there is complete nudity on one side of the resort...apparently there is clothing side but we didn't go over there so I don't know how much fun it is lol There is no place like Temptation...but there is no place like Hedo II either :flash:
Thanks Tom! They only had Deluxe Oceanview rooms for the week we were looking for. The following week is still $300 more than what we originally paid so it's still a $600 (not to mention the phone replacement!).
To answer your initial question, though oftentimes there IS some complete nudity, my backyard, as of May 15 of this year, will be Daredevil's Cove a/k/a Temptation North, but without an actual beach. Here's the rundown for Trip Advisor: 1. There is a sign that says "swimwear Optional Beyond This Point" at the door to the backyard from the house... 2. There is an 8-person hot tub, in-ground, if the 8 people are OK-friendly. Lenni could probably talk 50 people in there, our own record is 17.... 3. There is a smallish pool, say 15K gallon (that's not big, right?)... 4. There is a pavilion-style outdoor kitchen, going to be plumbed with an NG line for the grill, and with dedicated kegerator serving the permanent 4-stool bar, cooking island, storage, W-Fi and plasma TV, probably a 55" diag. 5. And green grass and palm trees and hummingbird vines and flowers and etc. 6. Liquor, full bar stock, premium only, for dispensement. I did mention the kegerator, right? For beer service at want & need, if you didn't know. How's that sound?
lol we went to Hedo II last June.. It was an experience but definitely on another level from Temptations.. Though the naked waterslide in the middle of the night is a good time! Temptations is a baby step compared to Hedo..
