Hi all - so I'm heading to Cancun on the 22nd and unfortunately, Temptations is booked until the 25th. I'm looking for an alternative All Inclusive for those first few days that provides more of those "alternative" activities - you know, water-skiing, snorkeling, sailing, horseback riding, etc....

I'd like to get all that crazy stuff out of my system before getting to the tranquility of Temptations from the 25th through the 29th.

p.s. I don't know where this came from - but it is one of my favorite "smiles" of all time:

I would suggest the Riu Cancun, it's close, it's nice, it's all inclusive and its a good time. Then head over to TTR.

    Maybe I'm wrong??

OK - so this is only my second time - but it appears that the site I thought was the actual "Temptations" booking was a front for "Miami Vacations" - when I look on some other sites, it shows availability for the 22nd through the 25th - and then others, it is booked??

What is a reliable booking site, and, has anyone ever booked separate reservations for the same week - i.e. if I see availability at one site now for the three days in advance of an existing reservation, will there be a problem at check in?? I'm ok changing rooms if need be.....

Thanks for people's patience with a relative newbie (Only one visit under my belt.)

i've found I get a better deal through an actual travel agent than the online travel sites.

A few years back we had booked a week through RCI.com We decided to add 2 days to the end of our trip and booked the 2 additional days through Alpharooms.com We had no problems at the resort combining the 2 accommodations and they did not make us change rooms.
    Good Luck,
    Paul
