Need help on our Alpha rooms booking!! I believe their is a contact through this forum that can help? Have emailed them several times with no response! Anyone have any leads? We have used them many, many times before but need to make a change and can't locate our confirmation number to make the change! Thanks for any help!
Try facebook message usually faster response, but usually takes a couple of days before responding. They are very slow on customer service.
