Is anyone else who booked through alpharooms having difficulty making a payment or getting a hold of a customer service rep? I've tried multiple credit cards (yes I have enough funds available) and it keeps coming up with an error. Also I've attempted to call them numerous times and am getting an all circuits busy message or non working number message. I've called being mindful of the 5 hour time difference and even at 0600 my time couldn't get through. I've attempted emailing the support center and no reply. I'm kind of panicking!!! I need my TTR!!!!

Don't call them. Call your credit card company and tell them to approve the charge. They are rejecting it because it is from the UK.
I've called the fraud department with my credit card company they authorized it and still having issues!

Or check out Orbitz (same parent company as Cheaptickets)...mobile app, website are very similar. One recent thing I noticed was that when using the Orbitz app on my phone (which redirected me to the mobile website to book a "package") was there was about $100 savings vs. the regular website.
I'm still having issues with them....kinda ridiculous! So upset apparently they don't want my money for a 2 week stay!!!
