Alpharooms

Has anyone experienced Temptation not showing up as a hotel when searching dates on the site? Looked to book over fourth of July and the hotel doesn't seem to be there even played with the dates and still no Temptation.

 

We booked via the alpharooms affiliate link on this site... I think the hotel shows right up if you go that route..

I booked our rooms for the 4th several months ago

 

Can someone share how to call their customer service? I tried calling the number on their website (011)44-0871-911- 0030, but it seems their number is not reachable.

 

I was never able to reach them via phone but their customer support e-mail worked and they would respond with 2 days.
