alpharooms voucher

is there any way or need to check with Temptation about our accommodation voucher to make sure we have a room

 

I've heard of tons of people using alpharooms....I just booked with them. I hope it isn't an issue!

 

you can email or call Temptation and give them your travel itinery number that Alpharooms gave you. they will confirm your booking.

Emailed them off both the website contact and also with a direct email to the confirmation email address we had from the previous year .
Been a week no reply to either e-mail .
I'm guessing customer service is not an issue for TTR :icon_frown::angrymad:

 

I've tried the same thing and gotten no response either. I know a lot of people have used Alpharooms, I just got concerned when my confirmation from Alpharooms has the wrong address for the resort on it. Says Temptation Resort and Spa but at 1.5 mile marker instead of 3.5. Probably nothing but just wanted to be sure since I've never used them before.
