last time i booked with them it depended on how far out you cancelled. They have cancellation protection that you can purchase. Jeff
Hey Jeff, I've never even heard of alpha rooms and I'm considering using them. Do you recommend it? Ever have any problems?
I always search them 1st. i have used them several times and never had a problem. The only drawback for me living in Florida is that I can't book airfare as a package deal with them. The room rates are usually great, it depends on what deal you can get on airfare from your area. The trip I booked for this June worked out to be cheaper with airfare on cheaptickets. Jeff
Thanks Jeff. Thats what Ive found out. I jumped on Alpharooms too quick. Got a great deal for July through them ($159 per night), but the airfare from DFW (Dallas) is outrageous right now ($500-525 PP). We could actually fly from Minnesota cheaper than from Texas right now! Ive always done a package deal through Cheaptickets, but at the time I booked our room, Cheaptickets was way up. It has since come down to where it is actually a little cheaper as a package than I can get now even at $159 bucks a night through AR because of the airfare! Crazy!
Does anyone know how to actually speak to someone at Alpharooms. A phone number to call? We had reservations at GOV for June and decided to book a night at TTR to check it out and booked through Alpharooms. Since GOV is changing to a family resort, we changed our entire package reservations to TTR. We have emailed Alpharooms several times to cancel but no one will respond to our request.
