So I have never booked with them before. We are canadians and just wondering if anyone has had problems with credit cards working on their website? Since it is a UK site I presume. Just want a heads up what to look for if I book.
We didn't have any problems, just let your credit card company know before, in my case I did and it still wouldn't work, the credit company fraud dept called I confimed with them that I was trying to book and then tried again and all was good.
Didn't have any problems booking 2 trips through them. Like Jeff stated let your credit card company know most likely the security department will contact you to verify nits not a fraudulent charge.
Yes, call the credit card company that you are going to use to book the hotel through alpharooms. Let them know what you are doing, and then be prepared to call your credit card company back and let them know again. They are, after all, looking out for your best interest. I mean what kind of individuals would subject themselves to a week of boobs, beer, body shots, and balcony shows? The credit card people have never been to Temptation after all, so bare with them.
