AlphaRooms Question for those that have used them before

We booked through them this last big sale. When we paid all we got was a simple email. No attachment, pdf file to print , etc. Is this standard? Just curious. Basic info on it only. Just never seen anything like this.

Congrats on jumping in on the sale. Yes that's all you get but you can log in on website to print your travel voucher.
That's all you need to check in.

they send an "invoice" and then a travel "voucher"
make sure yours says Travel Voucher. that means they have confirmed the reservation not just payment.

We booked with Alpharooms in April and like with somthing new we were a bit concerned, however this website put alot of the our concerns to rest... but we did email the resort to veryify our reservation and everything was good.

 

We have used alpharooms twice now. We just booked the last sale too.

Its bascially just a email that says Accomidation voucher. Has the "Lead Passengers" name, and a iteniarary # and the hotel address etc. With all our travels just seemed less of a detailed "voucher" than we expected.

 

If you are still concerned about it. Go into the "Manage my Booking" on the Alpharoom site and send them an e-mail asking for further confirmation. I however have used them 3 times and have never had a problem with what I received from them. Also make sure to use the express check in on the TTR site 15 days prior to arrival. Remember your room requests are just that.. a request. they are not guaranteed room types, unless you book a jacuzzi room. When you check into the hotel and you see your room and location, you can go back down to the front desk to ask for a different room. *Ask to see the room on the hotel map to get an idea of where your room is located.
