First they changed our reservation from $152 to $172 a night (they said it's cause the Euro fluctuation) n now they want 40 Euros to cancel it. Makes no sense and very disappointed on how were being treated having used them many times in the past!!!
That's a poor excuse on their part considering you are buying a room at Mexican resort and the exchange rate is the best it has been in many years. Damn I hate getting gouged.
That's what they told us and considering on low the canadian dollar is right now it makes a big difference
