Any Having issues logging into their account with Alpharooms. We can not log in. Talk to them last week they said that everything is fine on their end, My booking is good, they say to copy and paste Itinerary number but still no luck.Anyone have same problem.
All is good, they were missing one letter from my email address, it is all fixed and ready to go. Yeah
Yeah I also found that you can have the same userid with two different passwords and they will operate seperate accounts. :bunny: Booked one year and when I booked the next year I used a different password and then tried to sign back in with the first one. Found the year before's reservation but not the current one. They looked and said, yep it's there under that userid... finally remember that I might have used a different password and sure enough.. found the new one... Never seen a system like that before or since. Jamie
