We are looking at booking our next trip for February 2014 and were considering booking through Alpharooms as so many people have recommended. We are a little apprehensive about using an overseas company and noticed the following note at the end of the TTR description.... "Note: This Hotel is strictly for the UK Market only." Is there any issue booking from Canada or another non-UK location that anyone knows of or has found?
Have successfully used them several times from the US with absolutely no problems. Well, my credit card company balked at their charge once cause I didn't warn them first it was coming but other then that, no problems. Yep I already ask the question.. and someone from ottawa told me.. never get any prob for TTR. Hedo, will charge the difference ! ! And wait until november - december too book the hotel, the price will be less expensive. We are looking for april 2014 for us
It might be worth checking with Alpharooms as well. The message is a new one so it's possible that they have changed their requirements etc.
Thanks a lot all. It's over $500 more everywhere else right now for the trip. Trying to justify if $500 is worth the peace of mind knowing there won't be any issues. Just looked up your post Jess, thanks for letting us know.

We booked with Alpharooms and we live in the US. No problems what so ever. My husband even called them because when he tried to book the room it kept saying that room was no longer available at that price. He called and talked to someone who honored the cheaper online price. Very nice!
