Does anyone know what the policy is on changing a hotel reservation with them? I can't find a telephone number to call from the states. I booked the Oasis Cancun and I have stayed there 2 times in the past and it was fun. Reading the reviews the last two months has been nothing but negative and I would like to switch the hotel if possible. I only booked hotel with them so there isn't a flight attatched to it.
