Oasis Viva Beach (think I got that name right) had $37 USD/person, last time I heard. Said to be a fun place with good food.
Best thing to do is to phone a few places and see if they are running a cancunense discount, lots of places are at this time of year. Providing you've got an FM2/3 you'll qualify for the discount. We stayed at Crown Paradise Club a couple of weeks ago for just over $100 a night for the 3 of us (2 adults 1 child). Great Parnassus is one of our favourites and they run cancunense discounts too, as do Temptation.
