Never used that particular company. USA Transfers is the go-to without any issues. I would recommend if you can cancel and go with USA Transfers that would be the best option.
Can't speak for Speedy Shuttle. I had a bad experience with a random shuttle in Cancun once driver never showed, no way to contact them. Now I just use Transfeero for airport stuff. They're reliable, you get driver info beforehand, and there's actual tracking. Used them in Mexico and a few other places without issues.
none of them are fast enough, they all make yo wait until full and all you want is to get to hotel asap
Never have used it. Used Cancun Transfers at first, they got spendy, now have been using USA Transfers but their price has doubled in the last couple of years (it was $55 round trip for years). Might try Four Seasons this year. I know some others that use them and the price is closer to the old USA Transfers price.
