How early ahead does everyone book their transfer from the airport to the hotel? i didn't want to book to early, and it get lost or too late and not be able to get a ride. The other times we have been we booked transportation in the deal, were getting it separate this time just wondering.
Airport-hotel transfers If you go with either Cancun Valet, or USA Transfers, neither require a deposit up front....but USA Transfer will email you a couple of confirmations to hand over when you arrive, and when you depart, so it is on you to not lose a couple of peices of paper.....that said, I booked our tranfers for Jan 30-Feb 8, 2010, a month ago, printed the confirmations and put em with our flight confirmations.....3 ring folder, with other itinerary stuff.....:doh:
Most people book about a week to ten days in advance, but some leave it until the very last minute and others book months ahead. It shouldnt really matter too much, the systems in place are robust and no one gets forgotten. Ok thanks for the info. we are booking with USA Transfers. So i guess we will wait about a month and do it then.
Why wait. Better to book now and get it out of the way. It may also help USA Transfers to get you in the system faster. But you will get great service from them either way.
