Hey every body Random I know but your thoughts would be appreciated As our flight is scheduled quite early in the morning I thought it would be convenient and a nice birthday surprise for my friend Shelby if I booked an airport lounge so that we can hang out and have breakfast before being cramped up for 12hrs. I have noticed that no1traveller.com Gatwick North have a champagne package for £25 each. Has any body tried this before and is it worth it?? Also can any body recommend any other airport lounge services?? Thanks in advance guys FONT=Calibri][/FONT]
I am a member of American Airlines' Admirals Club - and I swear by it. It is marvelous to have a quiet and relaxing place to be out of the hubbub of the airport terminal. that said, check both hours of operation and services available before you book. At 25 pounds, that's some steep pricing for an hour or so of quiet time.
We booked the airport lounge at Gatwick last March, it was great! Breakfast is continental, everything is self service, tea, coffee and all of your alcoholic drinks. With the 3 hour check in I am sure it was money well spent, in drinks and food alone. And for the best bit! There were NO screaming kids!! Enjoy your holiday!:aktion033:
Every time we fly from manchester we book the lounge , Normally costs around £17 each . Well worth the money , by the time you have had 3 drinks its paid for itself
