I wouldnt risk it, I have personally never seen anyone get kicked out or ID'd, however I have heard of it and if you can just book a different hotel in the city and not take a risk of getting thrown out , id go that route.... be a crappy way to ruin a vacation
I agree to disagree. I have seen plenty of girls at the resort that are most definitely not 21. Some of them look as young as 18. I have never seen anybody get ID'd. The same thing goes for guys. Seen plenty of 19 year olds. Have fun !!
I doubt you will have a problem if: 1) You are of age and charge the trip to a card in your name. On check in show your ID and the card to which you charged the trip. 2) If questioned at all (asked for her ID) she should give it to them and you just pretend to be honeymooners (Or about to be married in Mexico). Either way it should meet the requirements. 3) Have fun but be cool. The main reasons for the age limit as far as I can tell is to; a) Let the adults have fun without having to worry about their kids. And b) Let the adults have fun without worrying about other people's kids. Best way to enjoy your time at an "adults only" is by being a respectful adult yourself. Have fun, lots of fun! But be cool about it.
But is it worth the Risk, if they are a young couple they will have fun at the old oasis or a lot of other resorts with young couples, yeah the odds of getting caught are slim, but so are many laws ...but its the consequences if you do....Im not being a downer or ball buster, If I had a 19 year old girlfriend, id be in the same boat trying....but im not sure the risk is worth the reward.
