We have been to TTR 6 or 7 times in the past. We are thinking of booking another trip VERY soon. We are going to bring another couple with us but they are 18 ( very mature, and look at least 21), does anyone know if they check ages at check-in? We've never been checked, or witnessed anyone else being checked. What would the resort do in this case?
Age would the risk of being not allowed be worth it, not the mention of the possible hassle and cost of finding another place to stay. a few years ago i would say book the younger couple at the sister resort but i don't know if the resorts allow visits between the resorts. jamie or steve would be the best place for answers.
In my time at Temptations..I haven't heard of anyone being checked for age. But like "rkxsk" said...maybe u can PM Steve or Jamie on this situation. They would be able to give you a more positive answer....:ernaehrung015:
Last time I was there(November 2009), they checked a couple next to me. I believe they sent them to Blue Bay..if I overheard correctly.
I have never heard of anyone being carded but then again it's been a few years since I've been carded myself. I really can't say for sure one way or the other. I mean I think that it's more to be able to send people home if they screw up and I know I've met folks younger than 21 there in the last couple of years. So it they act over 21 they shouldn't have a problem. However, I don't know that for sure and as has been said, they might end up at the Club. I just don't know.... Sorry.... Jamie
I can't add any more than what has been said above. Temptation does have an over 21 policy, but I dont know how they monitor this, nor what action they take if they find people who are younger than that trying to check in. Flout the published policy at your own risk is all I can say.
