My hubby and I are cumming there next November in 2013. So looking forward to getting back to Cancun. Been years now. After reading this forum, we are dying to go shopping for our outfits and cum visit Temptation Resort. This forum is informative and has provided a lot of information for us. Tried to find alcohol infused whipped cream here in NC but ABC store does not carry here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Just let me know if I should get a travel agent or handle myself online.
My first 5 times to Temptation I booked Stacia & I through a company out of Houston called "Vacations to go." Discount Cruises, Last Minute Cruises, Cruise, Cruise Line, Cruise Vacation They did a very good job of coordinating the stay at TTR, the flights for us, and the transfer to/from the Cancun airport and the hotel. It is a very easy way to handle things, and the discount is decent enough to allow you to not feel cheated. Once you are around, you can play with scheduling things yourself, when you've actually alid eyes on the different transfer companies, airlines into/out of Cancun to your neck of the woods, etc. My $0.02.
In order to book the premier membership package you have to either join or find someone on the boards that will let you use their guest package. I think most members get 1 or 2 weeks to give to someone else. I'm sure it would be pretty easy to find if you post that you are looking for one (we would be more than happy to let you use our 1 week). Basically it's around $100 a night for 7 nights, but you have to go to the timeshare meeting the day after you arrive. If you are just trying to book a vacation package check out alpharooms for the hotel and book the flight separately. This is normally the cheapest option.

You don't need to use a local travel agent these days. Many people from all over the US and Canada use Alpharooms (in the UK) to book their trips without any problems. They actually just had a huge sale $55 a night. We used Global Dream Vacations to book ours this year, they are in Oklahoma well we are up in western Canada. With the internet there is no need to see an agent, just need to find a reputable one with the best deal.
wow - you guys are great! OMG! I do not think I have ever felt so accepted ever in my life. No one knows anything about it. I am not being judged for not having kids or being loud and just myself lol. No one hates me on here because I have more animals than shoes. LOL. I wish we were going this year instead of next year. OMG! We are fun partiers - hubby has been a bartender for over 13 years. The fun will be him not making drinks or telling anyone how to make a drink. I am beyond excited. And thanks for all of the good advice. If it is that cheap, may have to be there 2 weeks. Escape from corporate life and actually be myself. :drunk::cheerleaders:
