Quick reminder regarding using the site to advertise rental properties. There were a couple of threads recently regarding property rentals by the owner which I initially left alone, but now I'm getting complaints from others who I've previously asked not to use the forum as a billboard wanting to know why the rules are not applied equally. I dont know about the regular users of the forum but I know I dont want to see it turned into some type of classifieds listing for Cancun property. So for that reason I've deleted the two threads and ask that people consider the following before posting similar threads: - am I seeking to gain financially, or "helping a friend" to gain financially? and - is the offer likely to be repeated? If the answer to both questions is yes then it's a business. If you're running a business then please be businesslike and consider the use of appropriate paid advertising.
