Adding an extra day: chances?

There was no availability on the 28th of October when we booked our room from the 24th untill the 28th. Our flight back is on Sunday the 29th. What are our chances on booking an extra night when we are at TTR? I know it's Halloween weekend so it will be extra busy. But does anybody have succesfully asked for an extra night while they were at TTR? Any useful suggestions?

 

Doesn't look good. All categories are sold out for that night. Maybe ask upon check in?

 

Have you asked the resort to be put on a wait list? Premiere members and those booked on referral do not have to pay until 30 days prior to arrival. There will probably be some who do not pay and a few rooms will open up.

I remember years ago there was this guy from Canada named Randy... by the time he left we were referring to him as Inventory.

He came for three days and by the time I left he had been there a month.. keep extending a couple of days, then a couple more.... they moved his room over to the Club because they were full, so he just slept on the beach instead. Finally they said they had a deal for him... they would put him up in the hotel next door, which is now the quite pool section, and let him come in on a day pass... in other words.. get the fuck out!

He was the party though while he was there.

Buy a premier membership and demand to stay extra nights in the contract.

 

Go to La Europea and buy US a case of Fireball and you can stay in our room on the 29th

 

I did it several years in a row before started coming two at a time they never had a issue
