So, we might get lucky to add a third person (girl!) on the trip with us. The questions is we have a room booked for two, would the resort let us add a third person to our reservation for an up charge? Hope this works out and this would be officially the best vacation of my life!!:3some::partyhorn:

I tried contacting the resort online but the site gives me an error!

I do believe they will allow you to add a third, you just have to pay the daily fee for the additional person.

I would call them with your confirmation # so they can add it on for you and you can also request a double room ( 2 beds ) if you so desire ?

Avoid last minute surprise on check in

I actually asked the resort this exact question a couple of weeks ago. If you want, you can add at the hotel no problem. They charge $150 per day if you do it through Temptations. I might try calling your travel agent and seeing if you can do it that way. You might be able to save $$ if they can.

Expedia can't do anything to the existing booking. Alpharooms has the room for $949 (Extra room will also defy the purpose of adding the third). Resort can't do anything but to charge $150 extra to add a person which currently seems to be the least expensive option. Had this was planned earlier, I would have paid an extra $915 for the third including airfare! :(

Can't you just have the person in the room and pay a visitors fee daily to get her a bracelet? They wouldn't necessarily know if there are 2 or 3 people in the room, the only issue is the all-inclusive stuff.

The other idea would be to find someone else who is booking at the same time as a single and add her to the reservation, then have her stay in your room - might not be horribly difficult on this forum to find someone to do that, just a matter of trusting people.

Even if you booked an extra room on alpharooms, if that turns out to be cheaper than a day pass, doesn't mean she has to use the room ...
