    any of you veterans, my wife is deathly afraid of heights/stairs!! are the staircases see thru type or solid / enclosed? are there other options, ramps or anything? thanks for any help putting her mind at ease!!

    Have her rest easy... Chris hates heights too but has no problem with their stairways. They are solid on the bottom and wide so you don't have to walk "near the edge" The ones around PadyO's you can see through but are built never to seem more than 4 or 5 stairs high. She'll have no problem.

    Oh... and though the cages in Nice Shoes are about 4 feet off the ground, the location of the bars will make her feel secure inside and have no problem dancing.

    Wide, enclosed (or at least not open stairs), shallow depth of steps, made of concrete. I can't imagine that'll bother her.

    Or, ask for a ground floor room (even better!)
