Did the express check in, booked transfers, almost all of the clothes shopping done, Bubba Kegs bought, anti-slip flip flops and water shoes bought (thanks Sultryfox!), Boobs Cruise booked and a waterproof digital camera on the way. Still need to figure out with transfers, cruise and tips how much money to bring (U.S. seems like the way to go). Still need to call Verizon and see if we need to switch anything on my plan. Still need to pack. What else? Are we forgetting anything?
As far as how much cash to bring, you can always use your credit card to get cash although there is a fee for that. The current exchange rate is 12.6 pesos to a dollar. We usually bring a couple hundred in cash for tips and so forth, but credit cards are widely accepted. I usually get an international plan on my phone for one billing cycle. It will give you a better rate and I think text messages are fairly cheap. see you there!!!
